About this property
Fork Mountain Retreat
Located on secluded Fork Mountain, this charming, quiet, modern cabin offers a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Its situated on 5, park-like acres in the Upper Delaware River Region. The grounds were designed as an artist retreat highlighting the beautiful natural surroundings.
Our newly restored 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely master bedroom with beautiful nighttime sky views. Only 30 minutes Elk Mountain Ski resort.
The space
We recently renovated (2025) this small, humble cabin on a beautiful oasis in the woods. It was the home for over 30 years to a naturalist and painter whose artwork hangs on our walls. It’s a cute, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that is cozy and quiet. Note that there is NO air conditioning. We have plenty of fans and it tends to cool off at night.
Guest access
Guests are free to use the entire house and roam the grounds. Our garage will be renovated into a guest house with additional lodging at some point in the future and is off limits for now.

I stayed once prior. Left a review with not enough information.The owner is very accommodating and responds quickly with any questions and requests that you may have. The house is well kept and clean. It felt exactly like “glamping” The pond is awesome to look at and relax by.The fire pit is in the perfect location with plenty of seating to relax by.This is a really nice tranquil place. My stay was great.
