Mitzi was a wonderful host, this is the second time that we've stayed at her cottage we enjoy it there, it was clean and comfortable couldn't ask for a better host. We love the location and the cottage has a history to it. We will stay there again the next time we go down to visit my son

I really enjoyed this property. Not only was the property clean and comfortable it was in a great location downtown with a great outdoor patio area. The Railyard was located behind the property which we really enjoyed.

great lil house in downtown Elkin and loved we could bring our dog she loved outside fenced in yard as did we surrounded by beautiful roses! its fun place to sit outside with glas wine and meet folks as they walk by. Definitely will stay here again

Awesome cottage! This is our 3rd stay, it's our fav! The location is perfect. The cabin is so historic and cute, and the fact that it's just across the street from The Railyard makes it even better.

Had a great weekend getaway at the cottage. It is so quant. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay. A perfect location for walking and exploring the small downtown of Elkin and walk to the wine line tours van pickup.

This place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless and every detail thoughtfully cared for. The location couldn’t be better. An easy walk to shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Friendly and helpful from start to finish. One of our favorite touches was the history of the home shared inside; it gave our stay so much character and charm. We truly felt welcome here and can’t recommend it enough. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, convenient, and full of heart, this is it! We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect for a long weekend! Elkin is an amazing town and even over the 4th of July weekend never got so busy you can’t get a seat anywhere you like. The cottage is right on Main Street but don’t worry about privacy, the window coverings are so thoughtfully designed there is no concern! What a beautiful cottage with great furniture and still modern appointments! Everyone in town knows the cottage and they were so kind to us!!Come back again and again!!A walk to everything you need and dozens of amazing wineries within a few minutes drive!!!
