The Chateau was the perfect place for our family reunion and celebration. Cindy and Max were fantastic hosts and communicated with me several times before our stay. They are truly amazing! Everything about the chateau was amazing. It had everything we needed and then some! The location was convenient to the downtown area and the surrounding areas. Nashville family vacation

Max and Cindy were great hosts and were very accommodating of our group! The house was perfect for the 10 of us. We had 2 families on the trip, and the loft upstairs was perfect for all 6 kids! Very clean and updated, and decorated very nice! Would definitely stay there again!

Cindy is a real estate investor who loves renovating and building houses. The spring 2017 completion of Chateau on Monroe is the fulfillment of our latest dream: providing guests from around the world an exceptional hosting experience as they explore everything our beloved city has to offer, served up with a heaping portion of good ole southern Music City hospitality.
Chateau on Monroe is my business, but serving my guests is where my heart is. I am here personally, ready at a moment's notice, to take care of those who entrust their hard-earned vacations and special events to me.

We spent all of 2016 completely rebuilding this historic house, constructed in 1900, into a modern and contemporary home full of luxurious character and charm. From inception to completion our plans included designating the entire second level as a fully enclosed and private vacation rental unit so that others may enjoy our marvelous city in luxurious style. Welcome to Nashville! If you need help getting around, facts and information, recommendations, or can't remember how to operate the coffeemaker, we're just downstairs so you're usually seconds away from needed assistance. Craving some privacy? With our smart keypad locks, we'll give you the code and other than a txt in case of questions you will have complete privacy during your time here.
