Such a cute room!! we stayed and cooked dinner and other nights we walked to little restaurants, the beach is really close so we saved gas by walking everywhere. You’re able to book if you’re 18 which was amazing and we were so grateful!!

The place is good for couples and folks who don’t stay in the room a lot except to sleep. We had some issues on day two but the host responded fast and was able to resolve them in a timely manner while being courteous! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in pcb

Host was amazing,went out of his way communication outstanding..Room need some update as paint and new bedroom curtains they were ripped .cleaning vents would help,also fix the tub child couldnt take bath and the knob had mold..And guest please stop taking things,there was no can opener or sauce pans..Pools were great balcony was awesome.Just a small walk across street to the beauty of the beach

Location was perfect, very short walk to the public beach access. Literally 2 or 3 minutes from your door to the sand. The property was clean, bed and couch bed both comfortable. Kitchen furnished nicely, loved the washer and dryer. The AC was super cold. We enjoyed the pool daily! Parking was great, walk up one flight of stairs to your door. The neighborhood was quiet and traffic was not bad at all. Never had trouble pulling out onto FBR. Close to pier park and lots of good restaurants plus close to Thomas Doughnuts, a PCB staple! I traveled with my daughter, 21 and my son, 27. The condo is small but perfect for 2-3 people. We will definitely return to this property!

This place was nice. Nothing too fancy but has what you need and the bed was extra comfortable as the pull out couch turns into a big bed as well. Quiet around the area and beach is within 2min literally across the street. Would book again if going to PCB
