The pool was dirty, full of leaves, the pool heater didn’t work, the carpets were soiled, the beds were very bad, the lower bathroom tub would back up with water, the towels were terrible, and the place needs general maintenance.,

Overall we had a good experience. We had problems with TV and host responded quickly. The waterfall on the pool did not work the entire time and the filter did not seem to come on enough. The location was great and it nicely was able to house our entire family.

This was a great place for a ladies weekend. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for 10 women. We paid to have the pool heated which was perfect for February. The kitchen has everything you need. Located near grocery stores and outlet shopping. I would recommend if you're looking to visit the North Phoenix area.

The house was fantastic, everything was labeled that needed it, in excellent shape. Very well maintained. The only problem with a 5 bedroom house is the 3 spots for parking. No parking on the street by the HOA at no fault to the existing home owners

Our family, consisting of 8 adults and 2 children (4 and 3), truly enjoyed our vacation at Tramonto. The property had everything we needed to provide a quality stay. We were looking for a pool and king beds and this property delivered. We enjoyed relaxing time outside, in the pool and around the tables. Close to everything and not far from the airport...but removed enough to seem remote. LOVED it.

Wonderful stay

We were in town for a college graduation. This house had the perfect setup for grandparents to join us. There is one king bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor. One king with a private bath and private balcony upstairs and then 3 other bedrooms (2 kings and one with 2 twin beds) that share another bathroom upstairs. The amenities in the backyard are great! Big patio table that we squeezed 9 around for dinner, fireplace, and a fun pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The location is about 45 mins from Tempe/ASU, 30 mins to PHX, 1:15 to Sedona and 25 mins to GCU. Everything was clean and our stay was fabulous.

Our large group enjoyed this spacious, open home for three nights. Plenty of room for whole-group conversations in the downstairs living area. Many kitchen amenities helpful for our frequent cooking together. Outside pool/gas fireplace/table area is lovely. Pool didn't heat up to swimming temp, but it was January and could probably be adjusted with a call to the owner. Surrounding suburban area very relaxed. Would recommend and stay again if/when near Phoenix.

Size of the house was just right for our family of five, with one room to spare. The living room downstairs had a comfortable sectional where we watched a volleyball game with our parents. TV was confusing with Cox cable, and we ended up switching to our YouTube account for the game. Kitchen was furnished with pots and pans and plenty of other dishes. Communication with property host was good. we wanted to stay near anthem, and this quiet neighborhood was perfect.
