HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.
POOL & SPA
• Please note: the attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets. It can only be heated when the entire pool is heated, as both will maintain the same temperature.
• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.
Emerald Island is a charming & guarded community, inspired by European Villas, located on Disney's doorstep. Townhouses and homes are surrounded by rich landscaping and sidewalks that invite you to walk with your family.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
• Early check-in (from 10 am): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (Until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Emerald Island Resort houses is conducted weekly on Mondays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.
Florida is a magical place! It offers a perfect weather that attracts millions of tourists. The houses have screens on the windows and pools that prevent the entry of animals.
GATE REQUIREMENTS - RESORT FEE
• All guests staying at Emerald Island Resort must check in at the main security gate with ID and the property address. A non-refundable resort fee of $20 per stay is required, covering access for one vehicle or rideshare use (Uber/Lyft); each additional vehicle incurs an extra $20 fee.
• Payment is by credit or debit card only (no cash).
PARKING
• Limit of 6 cars per property per day.
• After security confirms the reservation, guests proceed to the Clubhouse during business hours to complete a Guest Registration form and obtain their Parking Permit and Gate Pass.
• The permit and gate pass must be displayed on the vehicle dashboard at all times while on resort property.
CLUBHOUSE
• Clubhouse facilities including Gym, Internet Cafe, free WiFi, Meeting room and Arcade are available from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm daily to all registered guests.
• Emerald Island Resort has two pool facilities available to all registered guests. The main pool is off of the Clubhouse and the other one is among the townhomes. Access to the pool near townhomes is possible through a gate that has an access code which can be obtained from the Clubhouse or Guardhouse.
• Principle elements of Emerald Island Resort include natural environmental elements such as walking trails, water fountains, conservation areas, and wildlife. Please do not approach, feed or otherwise disturb the wildlife. While pretty to see, some of the wildlife may be dangerous.
TRASH
• The resort strongly promotes a recycling program and encourages all guests to recycle.
• Recyclables (cardboard, glass, paper, plastic, and metal) should be placed loosely in the yellow-top container.
• Recycling Pickup:
- Clubhouse personnel will move recycling containers to the curbside on Thursday for Friday pickup.
- They will return the containers to the side of the home after pickup.
- Guests are not required to move the containers back and forth.
- Please ensure all recyclable items are placed in the containers by Thursday.
• Regular Trash Disposal:
- Trash must be properly bagged in a minimum 13-gallon bag and placed in the trash bins.
- Do not use shopping bags for trash.
- Ensure there are no loose or unbagged items in the trash bins.
• Trash Pickup:
- Clubhouse personnel will move trash bins to the curbside on Sunday for Monday pickup.
- They will return the bins to the side of the home after pickup.
- Guests are not required to move the bins back and forth.
- Please place all trash in the bins by Sunday.
• Large Items or Excess Trash:
- Any large items or excess trash that cannot fit in the bins should be taken to the compactor near
the tennis courts.
- Avoid using the compactor during late evening hours to avoid disturbing nearby guests.
• Important Trash Rules:
- Ensure the trash bin is kept clean and free from debris.
- Bags should not be left on the street or outside the bin.
- Excessive trash must be taken to the compactor.
- The garbage container must be fully closed to avoid critters accessing the bags.
- Trash bins must not be rolled or stored on the street.
• Valet Trash Service:
- Do not wheel bins to the curb, as the valet trash service will pick them up directly from the side of your house.
