Angenehme und ruhige Unterkunft

Im ganzen ruhige Atmosphäre mit eigenem Parkplatz vor der Türe. Allerdings ist ein Fahrzeug ein Muss, weil Geschäfte und Strände nicht fußläufig nahe sind, doch etwas zu weit wegen der Schlepperei. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und leise, kein Klappern! Die Strände sind sauber, feinsandig, naturbelassen und seicht, ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Dieses Apartment kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Appartement, super ausgestattet

Tolles Appartement, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Henry, aber auch mit der Agentur. Sonnenschirm war defekt, kurze Info abgesetzt und das Problem wurde sofort behoben, besser gehts nicht. Gemeinschaftspool genau vor der Terrasse, der täglich gewartet wurde. Außenanlage sehr gepflegt. Können wir zu 100% empfehlen.

Всё очень хорошо. Тихое и спокойное место. Квартира чистая и уютная. За бассейном и газоном во дворе ухаживали работники. Господин Майер (Stefan) очень отзывчивый человек, всегда помогал в различных вопросах и ситуациях. Ближайший пляж в трёх-четырёх минутах от дома (на машине). Недостатком квартиры был слабо охлаждающий холодильник. Гриль отсутствует. В целом идеальное место для спокойного отдыха.

Vollumfänglich zufrieden

Wir haben knapp 3 Wochen in diesem Objekt verbracht und hatten selten eine Ferienwohnung, die (vor allem in der Küche) so vollständig ausgestattet war, wie diese! Grundlegend absolut keine Beschwerden. Dennoch eine ganz kleine Verbesserungsidee: Es fehlt ein Grill - Platz wäre mehr als genug.

Buenas vacaciones en sitio tranquilo

El apartamento muy bien, totalmente ajustado a lo que se indica en el anuncio. Equipado con todo lo necesario. Disponer de una bici para moverse por los alrededores nos ha venido muy bien. En cuanto a la zona, playa muy grande, buena ubicación para conocer gran parte de Girona en coche.

Net appartement op de begane grond. Alles wat nodig was, is aanwezig behalve een magnetron voor extra gemak. In één van de slaapkamers was de airco stuk, maar van die kamer maakte wij geen gebruik om te slapen. Jammer dat in de tweede week geen gebruik gemaakt kon worden van het gezamenlijke zwembad, vanwege overmatige hoeveelheid aan alg. Er is veel werk van gemaakt om het te verhelpen en het was opgelost op onze dag van vertrek.

Un bon lloc per a una estada tranquila

L'apartament està molt bé i el que et trobes segueix amb bastanta fidelitat el que diu l'anunci. Hi ha una plaça d'aparcament disponible per a l'apartament i una piscina comunitària, amb un veïnat agradable. La terraça és gran i la cuina està ben provista d'utensilis. En estar una mica allunyat del poble estàs en un entorn molt tranquil amb camps davant de la teva vista però fa falta el cotxe per anar al poble i a la platja. La platja és molt llarga, té un ambient familiar i no està molt concorreguda. Com a únic defecte faltaria solucionar alguns petits detalls: la dutxa, la nevera refreda poc, un aparell d'aire condicionat espatllat. Però en general l'experiència ha estat bona i el recomanem.

Bien mais problème avec le stationnement pas la bonne annoncé par l'agence. Partie commune (hall d'entrée ) pas nettoyée. Autrement rien à dire pour le reste piscine impeccable ainsi que la location. On reviendra sur sans problème

Heerlijk compleet appartement

Het appartement voldoet volkomen aan de beschrijving. Bedden zijn van goede kwaliteit, de badkamer en keuken zijn goed uitgerust. Wij hebben leuke fietstochten gemaakt in de omgeving en ook genoten van het mooie strand. In het najaar is het ook heerlijk vertoeven bij het zwembad.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Der Kontakt zum Vetmieter und zum Veranstalter vor Ort hat wunderbar geklappt. Beide konnten sehr gut Deutsch, was uns die Organisation um einiges erleichtert hat. Es war eine tolle Unterkunft, welche mit allem ausgestattet war was man benötigt. Durch den Pool direkt auf dem Anwesen konnten wir die Kinder den ganzen Tag planschen lassen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gern wieder!

Ferienwohnung in Sant Pere Pescador, Alt Emporda

Wir haben ein sehr schöne und voll ausgestattete Wohnung vorgefunden. Alles hat von Anfang an gut geklappt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und der Verwalter vor Ort kompetent, hilfsbereit und auch sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen,, alles war s aber da wir ortkundig sind, war das nicht unerwartet. Freudig überrascht waren wir darüber, dass die Wohnung sehr liebevoll und reichhaltig ausgestattet ist, alles war tatsächlich so, wie beschrieben.. Es fehlte wirklich an gar nichts und das ist bei einer FeWo ja nicht immer gegeben. Dafür also höchstes Lob! Die gesamte Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist gut, es ist nicht weit zum Strand (nebenbei erwähnt: Der schönste Strand der ganzen Bucht!) und die Orts-Mitte ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. St. Pere ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort mit guten Restaurants (von preiswert bis gehoben), netten Bars und guter Infrastruktur. Da wir seit über 30 Jahren in dieser Region mindestens 1 x im Jahr Urlaub machen und u.a. FeWo, FeHs. oder auch Campingplatz nutzen, werden wir auf dieses Objekt sicherlich gerne wieder zurückgreifen.
