The main floor modern living room features an oversized sectional and accent chairs perfect for board games or socializing. It also has a gas fireplace to cozy up during the winter months.
To ensure energy efficiency and a consistently comfortable environment, all our homes are equipped with smart thermostats. These thermostats are programmed with the following seasonal temperature limits:
- Summer Cooling: There is no air conditioning. The mountain weather is cool enough in the summer months.
- Winter Heating: The 2nd and 3rd floors have radiant heating throughout the florring.
The system heats the home up to a maximum of 75°F
If you need adjustments due to health or comfort reasons, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help where possible within system constraints.

**Winter Notice**
GUESTS MUST HAVE AN AWD OR A 4-WHEEL DRIVE CARE IN THE WINTER (OCT-MAY) TO GT TO THE HOUSE AND UP TO OUR DRIVEWAY). It is essential to have a car that is capable of being in the snow. If renting, inspect tires before leaving the rental lot, and ensure you have good tread. Ride-share is available in the area (Uber and Lyft).

This area is home to moose, fox, deer, elk, bears, mountain lions, and bobcats. The house DOES NOT have air conditioning in the summer as the mountain air keeps the house cool in the summer months.



**Mondays **
Trash is collected on Mondays! Please ensure the trash and recycling cans are in the driveway starting Thursday night. All trash and recycling must be bagged. Please review the house rules if you need further clarification :)
