Essential amenities like WiFi, heating and AC and laundry room with washer and dryer and starter toiletries are provided. Additional guests can sleep on a luxury air mattress, bringing total capacity to 8. Guests can enjoy a peaceful stay complete with everything you need - less than a 10 minute drive to Nokomis Beach and picturesque downtown Venice. Our place is equipped for both medium and longterm stays. One month minimum stay required.

Clean, beautiful, quiet, comfortable. This is the perfect home close to all the great things Nokomis, Venice and the surrounding area has to offer - or don't leave at all because vacation is right in the back yard. Host is a great communicator. Thank you for the memories.

Hi, I’m Tara and live most of the year in Nashville, TN. I love the Nokomis/Venice/Sarasota area and try to spend as much time in my home there as possible. When I can’t be there, I want you to be able to enjoy it. I’ve been a guest at many lovely homes through VRBO, and other platforms, so now it’s my turn to host!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and peaceful, yet very convenient to everything you could want or need! It’s well maintained, with lovely landscaping and everyone is friendly. The best part to me is that it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the beach, about the same to be in downtown Venice and about 1/2 hour from all Sarasota has to offer.

What makes this property unique

To me, sitting out back, listening to water birds, overlooking the pool and pond is so calming. It’s also very private.
