Perla del Mar Luxury Residence

It's new luxury 3 BR villa (construction 2016), modern design, big pool and terrace. BBQ on the terrace. The villa is located in the small but outstanding gated residence Perla del Mar inside of Perla Marina community. Just 4 minutes walking distance to our fantastic beach by Natura Cabaña! The villa has private entrance, covered parking for two cars. The residence is located between most known towns in our area Sosua and Cabarete with their restaurants, bars, discos etc. Only 7-10 minutes by a car.

Beautiful home

Yury and Nikolas were both very quick to respond to a couple of issues that we had. The location was nice, being away from Sosua. You will need a car. Short walk to the beach which was absolutely stunning. My one suggestion would be to have an information package for guests to inform them on how to get to the beach and some local restaurant suggestions and contacts. Sorry we had to cut our vacation in half because of Corona virus outbreak. Unforseen!!! Would love to come back. Thanks Yury.
