Great house for a large family! Everyone had their own space and relatively short walk to beach.

Kitchen could use to be stocked with pots and pans a little better but the space in the house is great!

Perfect for a Big Family

House was very nice and clean - just as described. Water pressure was great, hot tub was great. Cable TV did not work but TV was logged into Disney and Netflix from prior guest so Thankful we had plenty to watch. House had everything we needed. - Ice makers in Freezers were great. Location was great. Would rent again at this location.

great girl’s weekend

10 of us girls spent 5 days here, The place was clean, spacious and close to everything! Plenty of beds and bathrooms, which is wonderful with 10 ladies. Management awesome to work with. Few minor issues that were handled quickly. About 20 min from Savannah very easy drive. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful Home and Experience!

This house was pristine! A block away from the beach, perfect for kids, perfect amount of space for everyone to have their own room, their own bathroom, game room for the kids, hot tub for the adults (and kids), ample parking for 3 cars. We were 2 families, 2 additional solo adults, 4 kids. We came to run the Tybee Island 1/2 Marathon and Everyone had the best time!

Girls Trip

This house was better than expected. It was perfect for our trip of 10 girls. Spacious rooms, plenty of beds and bathrooms, dining room table was big enough and the decks were fantastic. The house was very clean when we arrived and had no issues. Close enough walk to restaurants and bars. Will definitely remember this house for future rentals!! 100% recommend!

Multi family stay

We had 6 adults and 6 kids and this house was perfect! We had plenty of beds and space. The location was amazing! A short walk to the beach, grocery store, shops, and restaurants. We had all that we needed to cook a dinner for 12 and make cookies. There was plenty of paper products and soaps in all of the bathrooms and kitchen. The kids really enjoyed the arcade games and foosball table and adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub. We also enjoyed using both porches. The outdoor shower was super convenient after spending the day at the beach. We would definitely recommend large groups to stay here!
