This house was immaculate, the location was perfection, the golf cart was super to get around town and the pool was the best part! Tom’s communication was always within minutes and I can’t complain about one thing except that we had to come home :)

The whole experience of our vacation in this house was great! The house & pool were wonderful. The neighborhood was very quiet! The host, Tom, was the Best. He answered all of our questions and was great to work with. I would highly recommend this house!

We try to offer early check‑ins and late checkouts when our turnover schedule allows.

We can confirm them within three days of arrival/departure.

You can always drop your bags at 11 a.m. and take the golf cart to explore Indian Rocks Beach while we finish up.

The new pool (2025) is heated and has a sun shelf for working on your sun tan in the shallow waters. The house is completely renovated (2025) including the kitchen and three bathrooms and includes all new appliances.
