What a great place to stay!! So close to downtown yet far enough away for a quiet neighborhood!! We really enjoyed our time here. Home was clean and was a perfect size for our family. Will definitely book again!!

Great location!

Great location and plenty of space for a friend gathering. Bedrooms were good sized and the big dining room table was great for eating together and games. You can walk to shops, restaurants and downtown historical Saint Augustine easily!

Great place to stay

The house is amazing to stay in. Great old town feeling to it with modern upgrades! I stayed there with my 3 daughters and my buddy and his family. Between the rooms being separated on 3 different floors to the amazing chef like kitchen it was easy to make things work with multiple families. The owner was quick to respond with any questions i had and also was kind enough to ship out some items my daughter left behind. The owner is very professional and easy to work with! I will definitely be coming back!

Great Experience

This 5 bedroom 3 story home was PERFECT for 4 adults and 2 kids. My husband and I, 2 daughters, Father in law, and sister in law each had our own rooms (which made for a much more enjoyable experience). The appliances were brand new, and the location was PERFECT. We would defiantly stay there again.

Great location to downtown. Very walkable for fun and food. Note sharing of bathrooms is a bit tight given setup with all rooms being used. Otherwise we loved it! Will return.

Great house! Great neighborhood!

This house was ideal for our trip! For a home originally built in the 1900s, the interior decor is unique and thoughtful, as are the pieces of furniture. The kitchen was great - especially the gas range - and we enjoyed sitting outside with a choice of two different outdoor areas. While it is conveniently just a block away from San Marco Avenue, where there are stores to explore, it is located in a very quiet neighborhood! Having a convenience store just a block away was useful! We would definitely re-visit this home!

Southern charm

We rented this house as the place for our family to stay while in Saint Augustine for our son’s wedding. The location is phenomenal in the Uptown historical neighborhood close to historic downtown Saint Augustine. The house was charming and looked right out of the pages of a “Southern Living” magazine. The bedrooms were so quaint and each had it’s own personality. Beds were very comfortable, house was clean and well appointed. There is a lovely front porch and a nice backyard courtyard. My only suggestion is a good pressure wash of the backyard patio area. We loved the house and the location and would highly recommend.

The outside doesn't do it justice. Inside is modern & spacious & clean. Our only complaint was that the 2nd floor bathroom location (which obviously cannt be changed) had no entrance from the hall, so anyone in the smaller bedroom has to walk through the larger bedroom to access the bathroom. The owner responded within minutes to any communication. The location is easily walkable to the downtown historic area. There is plenty of parking. The pet owner in our group ended up not coming, but it appears to definitely be pet friendly. We would definitely stay there again when back in town.

David is an excellent host and was very accommodating to our needs. This venue is a fantastic house and is clean and comfortable. If you are going to enjoy old town St. Augustine, it is a very easy walk to all of the historic sites in the old town area.
