we had an overnight stay at this property with no issues . we were close to Capital Reef National Park which was the purpose of our visit.

This is very good value property to stay at if you are visiting Capitol Reef (and you should!). Room is fine for a couple of nights. Best features however are games room, laundry, and chickens. Highly recommended if you need to balance the budget after more expensive accommodation elsewhere
