Located in highly desirable Harter Heights, it's blocks from Notre Dame, Eddy Street shops/restaurants, Trader Joe's, the East Bank Trail, and downtown South Bend. This location cannot be beat! It's the perfect set up for game weekends with a private, fenced backyard including a gas grill, fire pit, lounge seating and a hot tub! 3 TV’s, 2 separate living areas, 2 king beds, built-in bunk beds, and much more! Fantastic home. It would be among my first choices for future visits to Notre Dame. It has a great patio on the side of the house and another behind. The interior is cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked.
