Boom system installed to keep eel grass out of swimming area! Enjoy this large 2 bedroom apartment with dock access. Don’t pull your boat out of the water - if a storm blows in or you just need a nap! 55 inch TV and wifi, full size washer and dryer. Guests enjoy access to water with a pier. (boathouse slips unavailable) Great for fishermen (women) or a family getaway. Gas grill with outdoor seating area. Located midway between Guntersville and Scottsboro, and just 35 minutes to Huntsville.

The hosts were absolutely amazing and the place worked out great for my family! We were able to pull the boat up to the doc and get on and off when we needed to without having to take our boat out of the water.

Weekend getaway

Fabulous location, wonderful owners

Very cozy apt located on the water. Minutes from Scottsboro and Guntersville. Owners are amazing, respond immediately to questions and are able to provide information about local events and tourist sites. Will definitely be visiting again!!

Beautiful place and great Hosts

We enjoyed being on the water and having a place to keep the boat, so we didn’t have to take in and out of the water. . Rhonda and Mike are wonderful people as well as perfect Hosts. Making sure we had what we needed and if we needed anything else during our stay.

This place was fantastic! Host were fantastic! Fishing, swimming, relaxing....it's got it all. Won't find nicer or more helpful host anywhere. You won't be disappointed.

Cozy lakeside

Our son played baseball at Sand Mountain. We were only 20 minutes from the park but was also able to enjoy a little fishing from the boat dock. Super comfy apartment and the owners were absolutely fabulous!
