Great new rental

We loved the quiet neighborhood! The walk to the beach was great! Kitchen was well stocked and very much thought through. Lots of room for everyone. The house was very nice!! Management was very quick to get back to us with any questions or issues we had. We had a great stay!

Beautiful, sparkling new house in our go-to beach neighborhood. It was expensive, but so is everything on 30-A. We’ve been staying in Old Florida Beach since 1999 and this was the best house yet. A quick walk to a gorgeous, private beach and Draper Lake for our kayaks. Plenty of room for our group of 11. Sitting areas on all three floors. Kitchen was stocked with every gadget we’d ever need. We even joked that there was no pizza stone. There’s an icemaker and a garage fridge. Great pool area for lounging and grilling. We couldn’t figure out how to get regular TV channels (don’t have a YouTube TV account), but I figured I needed a break from news, anyway so it was all good. One guest was able to tune in World Cup matches. Communication from the owner was outstanding. We couldn’t ask for more. We’ll be back.

The home is beautifully decorated! We loved all of the books and devotionals! There was a cabinet full of games as well. The home is thoughtfully appointed and organized. The location is great for the beach, which was a very short walk. The home was very clean and we felt comfortable immediately! We would definitely rent this home again!
