Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure all dishes are clean and the dishwasher is emptied.
Refrigerator – Remove all open food items, beverages, and perishables.
Take all trash and recyclables to the outdoor bins.
Lower the umbrella and return outdoor furniture to its original positions.
BBQ Grill – Make sure the BBQ is completely shut off.
Thermostat – Set the temperature to 76°F.
Leave all used towels on the bathroom floor.
Lights – Turn off all indoor and outdoor lights.
Lock all doors, both front and back.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
