This is a wonderful home on the Long Island Sound. It is incredibly peaceful, and you feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. The home is perfectly situated just far enough off the beaten path, yet close to anything you could want or need. This is actually our second stay and plan to return next year too!

Beautiful setting overlooking the water. Quiet serene setting. Overall, eneything was fine. The beds were a bit older and basement bed was broken, had to fix the frame a couple of times. Refrigerator was pretty dirty.

Looks just like the pictures, great view and neighborhood. Inside some of the kitchen cabinets were dusty and dirty. The refrigerator had old food inside and was not cleaned. The property manager was always available to address any concern. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Dirty kitchen, dishes and refrigerator upon arrival. Garbage found in cans, fruit flies in dishes, fingernail clippings in window sill. Worn out bed sheets with holes, Air conditioning not working properly and one shower head dribbled water. Several door handles and locks not functional. Serious cleanliness problems and very poorly maintained. Communicated these issues immediately with owner who responded with "I'm surprised." When I sent her pics, she stated that she was actually aware of some of the problems, but not willing to offer any remedy or partial compensation for our week long stay.

Good but a few issues

Great location, super views. Very clean. Only issues was light bulb out in upstairs bathroom. A/C not working in basement bedroom. Sofa bed had sharp springs exposed on side. Called property manager who thought she fixed the A/C but still did not work. Didn't feel the house was checked before checking in to make sure everything was working properly.
