**IMPORTANT: Dock is repaired, Pool is open but not heated, Hot tub not yet open ** A premium unit that boasts not only open gulf views, but is on the corner for wrap around 180º of water and wildlife! The condo complex features plenty of boat/trailer parking, community pool & hot tub, private beach space, green space with BBQ area, and private fishing dock! Bring your own kayaks and launch right from the complex. The town beach/playground and downtown area are an easy walk. Pet friendly as follows: $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum.
