House was very spacious, clean and in a great location. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Mechanicsville. Minutes to interstate 295 and 20 mins to downtown Richmond. Lots of restaurants minutes away.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. It is easy to get to downtown and airport. Lots of restaurants and grocery store nearby too. The house had plenty of space for our group of 6. The basement area with TV and game area was especially nice for the kids.

Nice home in an area with plenty of shops and restaurants near by. We traveled with 8 people. 4 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room to spread out throughout the home. 3 bathrooms all with at least a shower made it easier for us all to get ready. One small hiccup upon arrival that the owner corrected as fast as possible. Easy open and quick communication with owner was appreciated.

House was double booked. Had to get a hotel near by. Very poor customer service. Had to spend more money. Hotel nightly rates were almost double the nightly rate of the house.

Great location and nice home. Convenient to 295. Communication with owner was poor and arrival/departure details were not readily available. We had to contact VRBO for assistance within hours of our arrival. VRBO was very supportive but the situation created a lot of stress as we were traveling. Also, the thermostat was set at 75 and locked at that temp. We asked to change it but did not get a response. This could be a great rental home but needed some repairs and a much quicker response time from owners.
