1. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 fine will apply for violations.

2. No Parties: Unauthorized gatherings or parties with unregistered guests will result in a $2,000 fine.

3. No Pets Allowed: To maintain a clean and allergen-free environment, pets are not permitted on the property.

4. No Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes when inside the property to help maintain cleanliness.
