This rental was perfect in many ways but primarily in location. It provided quick access to downtown but also to locations farther east down I-85. Parking was great and always close to the entrance. Other than one incident, the building was relatively quiet and every person I encountered while in the building was friendly and pleasant. The space was perfect for a short work trip.
