1350 square feet. Designed by Mark McInturff. Construction by James Cooper, completed in Spring 2019. Italian kitchen. Wood burning fireplace. Film quality projection screen and surround sound speakers. Upstairs cocktail deck. Downstairs triangle screen porch. Hand made wooden cabinets. Furniture designed by Frits Maas. Brazilian cherry floors and stairway. Painting by Olga Dorenko. Ceiling to floor windows surrounded on three sides by water. Private dock, kayaks, fishing, crabbing. No neighbor. Only sunsets and stars. Swimming pool and hot tub available. Copper Japanese soaking tub on second floor. State of the art electronics for watching films and streaming music. All new furnishings, kitchen equipment.

Bring a fishing pole and binoculars. Local roads are perfect for peaceful bicycling. Outside campfire, grill and hammock whenever you want.
