Bedrooms were much smaller than in the photos, especially the bunk bed room. That bed should only accommodate a small child. The carpet could be cleaned/updated, no access to the pool as it was all closed up. But located in a very cute neighborhood, easy access to St Michael’s, Oxford, and Cambridge for dining and shopping. It had a lovely garden, backyard, and fire pit. Could have used more backyard lighting to illuminate getting to the fire pit though. Overall it was a nice weekend celebrating my daughter’s bachelorette weekend.

This property was an excellent choice for my family & I. The neighborhood was very quiet in which we all felt safe. The home was very comfortable which made us feel as if we were in our own vacation home. The house looked exactly like the pictures advertised. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We were in the middle of all the locations we wanted to travel to. There were lots of stands that sold fresh veggies, fruits & even crabs. We would definitely like to return this home and this is highly recommended. This was worth the money in every way.

Pool paradise

We had a great stay here! Bonnie was very responsive and helped make our stay comfortable and fun. The kids loved the pool, including big inflatable slide. The yard is so huge and nice. We enjoyed this property a lot!

Charity fundraising group

The property was very clean and well maintained with everything we needed for a short stay. My group was participating in a charity bike ride over the weekend, so we didn’t spend much time at the house, but it was very comfortable for relaxing, and the pool was a nice bonus.

Communication problems and linens issues

The biggest problem that we had was that I missed the code to enter the property sent by the Evolve Team, probably because I was looking for an email from VRBO. I wrote to VRBO the day before and said I needed the access code and within a day I was sent a 6 digit code. I had rented this same property last year and the code then only had 4 digits. I wrote back to ask why VRBO sent me a 6 digit code. I missed the property owner's phone number because it was also in the email from the Evolve Team. I received no reply from VRBO until the next morning and there was no answer given to my question, only that they were sorry for the delayed response. I tried contacting VRBO again and was directed to the VRBO app. The app utilized AI which did not respond to my written question only referred me to nearby properties available for rental. By that time I had found the code from last year and it worked! The property was fine although there were no pillowcases to put on the pillows once they were removed from the shams. The sofa bed had no top sheet and one of the beds upstairs had flannel sheets in June, (temperatures were in the 90’s). One of the fitted sheets did not fit on the mattress in another room due to the smaller size of the mattress topper. There were clothes left in a dresser from a previous guest. The biggest issue once we were able to access the property had to do with the bedding, All linens were apparently locked up in the linen closet, so we had no access.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO! From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed (and then some) for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the little extra touches throughout the house made it feel extra special. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, every space felt cozy and inviting.The location was perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish — friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless, stress-free getaway!
