Plenty of parking, in driveway & garage including EV charger, views down Silver Lake to the boardwalk attractions in a great location close to everything. Open concept floor plan with 2 master suites, one on each floor with 3 additional bedrooms. Beds are 3 king, 1 Queen, and 5th BR is 2 bunks + trundle = 5twin beds. Custom kitchen with center island and beverage fridge & ice machine, central air, laundry on second level, be the first to enjoy this new property! 8 badges to beach included!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Beautiful house close to everything

We had a wonderful visit to the Jersey Shore! This house is nicely decorated, clean, a great pool, on a quiet street, close the beach, boardwalk, town and there is a cute park a block away. I do wish for the price of the rental that sheets and towels were included. We fly in from out of state so, I wish I didn't have to deal with getting sheets & towels and making beds.
