Unwind in Fraser at this lovely chalet. This charming retreat features 3 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a bunk room with full over full and a pull out trundle twin.
The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with stand up shower and the secondary bathroom has a shower and bathtub. The large vanities will provide storage for everyone's things.
Relax and make memoriesin the open concept living space downstairs with comfortable seating for everyone in the living area or at the dining table. Find a board game to play, watch a movie, or just enjoy conversation and incredible views.
The kitchen has GE Cafe appliances and is fully stocked with cooking implements to stay in and cook a meal if you are not busy dining at one of Fraser or Winter Park's nearby restaurants, breweries, or distilleries.
Charge your electric car in the heated garage tobe ready to set out to Grand County's attractions such as Grand Lake, Rocky Mtn National Park, or Winter Park Ski Resort

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return garage opener to kitchen counter Ensure all windows are closed
While it is not required, starting the wash with used towels and sheets is a huge help to our cleaners. For 6 towels or less, quick wash is enough
Close the garage and walk out front door when departing for the final time to ensure the garage is not left open
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets must be on reservation. Failure to include them results in a $150 extra cleaning fee + cost of any damage or excess cleaning
Pets must be crated (we provide a crate) when you are not in the unit. Pets are not allowed on the furniture other than the provided sofa cover.

Good spot with a view

The little neighborhood is still under construction but the house is nice. Good view of the mountains and the hot tub on the deck is a plus. Would stay here again.

Great location in Fraser. Right next to the road but it is not busy so there is no road noise. My kids loved the house. Having the garage is a big plus and used it for the car and our ski stuff. All the beds were comfortable. Appliances were all brand new. Super clean and if we come back to ski Winter Park this place is at the top of our place to stay!

Red Wolf Lodge is an absolutely beautiful vacation home. We spent Labor Day weekend here and had such a wonderful time. It’s very comfortable, so nicely decorated and stocked with all we needed and more! Seriously, the mattress was like a dream! The views were wonderful and it was so convenient to the town of Fraser! Katy was so quick and helpful in her responsiveness. We’d definitely stay again!

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is just off the beaten path in Fraser so it feels quiet and secluded while still having convenient access to bars, restaurants, and groceries. We are a short drive to the ski hill in winter and the lakes in summer. We also have great hiking trails just up the street in our neighborhood

What makes this property unique

Our property stands out because it was furnished with every detail taken into consideration to create a space that is luxurious, comfortable, and functional. When we are here we like to cook meals, play games, have fires, and sleep well. We are passionate about providing this experience to guests so that they can have a relaxing vacation. The biggest part of that is not needing to worry about an amenity. Chances are, we have everything you need to spend time with your loved ones in a comfortable and relaxing space.
