What a great place! Very charming, comfortable and close to everything. The front porch was a great place to chat with the neighbors and watch the thunderstorms. Everything we needed to enjoy a week’s stay for two couples and our dogs (who thoroughly enjoyed romping around in the front yard saying hi to everyone who walked by). Would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely craftsman style home, decorated beautifully, with super comfortable rooms and beds, in a gorgeous historical area. We really appreciated the fully stocked super clean and pretty kitchen. We enjoyed so much the extras as well, like the front porch and the porch swing, the record player with records to play, and also interesting books and local magazines. Easy parking and close to Prescott town center. The host was a great communicator, and check in and check out was very easy. We definitely would stay in this home again.

Historic home close to town with very friendly neighbors and a great porch to sit on and chat with people walking by, have an afternoon cocktail or morning coffee. The home is historic and split up but comfortable for 2 adult couples. Kitchen is small but well equipped. Home has pets staying with guests as we definitely saw hair on patio and interior. I'm allergic, but knew this going in so utilized antihistamine during the stay. BBQ in back is down some stairs with nothing else around it so a little inconvenient. Otherwise beautiful well kept home and we would stay there again.

This cottage was wonderful. It had all the amenities a visitor could want or need. The beds were comfortable and the home interior was well maintained. I liked the fact it was close to old town Prescott and they had wonderful places to walk in the historic neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of our favorites for sure!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t say enough wonderful things about this home! From the moment we arrived, you could tell how much thought and care the hosts have put into making their guests feel comfortable and at home. The host was excellent with communication as well when we did have a question during our stay.The house was beautiful, clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The furniture was lovely, the beds were so comfortable, and there were thoughtful amenities everywhere we turned. The bathrooms were stocked with convenient toiletries, and the kitchen had just about everything we could possibly need—from making coffee in the morning to cooking breakfast and meals together.It was the little details that really impressed us. Everything was well organized and clearly labeled, even the remotes! There were games for family nights, beautiful décor throughout the home, and so many thoughtful supplies and conveniences that we never found ourselves wishing we had brought something from home.We stayed here for a special birthday weekend, and this truly was the perfect home away from home for making memories together. We felt comfortable and welcomed the entire stay and honestly didn’t want to leave!We would absolutely stay here again and will be keeping this home at the top of our list for future visits. Thank you for creating such a wonderful and welcoming place for families to enjoy!
