Cute little hideaway very close to hard rock. Jersey was very responsive. The space is tiny but has everything you need. The shower was my favorite part! The space is an enclosed carport so you do have a family living on the other side of the wall but there was no issue with that for us. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect. We were at Stockton for a fishing tournament and the house was very close to boat ramps. The house was clean and worked well for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. We would definitely stay here again.

very nice unit and if I was coming down for business I would stay again. Just the right amount of space and clearly can tell the owners care about the our stay. The however is the unit is not the distance it is advertised as from the beach and hardrock stadium as we were planning to go to. It is about 20 min each way vs walking distance as advertised. Also, floors were very slippery with the florida weather and humidity, so probably needs some floor mats or a different flooring so I do not feel like I am going to slip. Again if you are just trying to come down for a quick get away it is perfect, but just be aware it is not the distance from the beach or stadium as advertised.
