The unit includes 3.5 modern bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space for all guests.

Step into a bright and cozy living space designed with your comfort in mind. The open layout features plush seating, warm wood floors, and modern decor—perfect for spending time with family and friends or simply unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

The fully stocked, high-end kitchen is a dream for home cooks and takeout lovers alike. You’ll find modern appliances beautiful finishes, and 2 charming coffee bars (one off kitchen and one in the basement) for your morning ritual. Dishwasher is a plus! Enjoy the 3 balconies one at the kitchen, one at the master bedroom and one from the basement.

Sleeping Arrangements
• The spacious owner’s suite (2nd floor) with one king bed includes a tiled walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, and a private balcony—your personal oasis.
• The two additional bedrooms are bright and roomy. Second bedroom on the second floor has one queen bed and the third bedroom on the 3rd floor has 2 queen beds. There will be a kids daybed and a pack and play also.
• The full size air mattress and pack and play will be in the the master closet. There is also a full size pull out couch in the basement.

• The finished basement features a bonus space with a full bath—ideal for a movie and game room and additional guest sleeping and it comes with another coffee bar. Full size washer and dryer is in the basement.

Early Check in and Late Checkout Requests
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. A fee of $25 per hour applies to cover the additional operational costs associated with extending your stay and coordination with our cleaning team.

For the safety of the guest, there are outdoor security cameras around the house. There are no cameras inside the house.
• Cameras are located at the front door, back parking pad, and side entrance.
• They do not record any interior spaces.
• Footage is used only for security and guest safety purposes.

⬥ Unauthorized late check-out will incur $100 per hour, up to the cost of an additional night.

⬥ Please respect our neighbors. Loud noise, parties, or disturbances will result in a $300 fine and may lead to immediate termination of your stay without refund.

No Parties or Events, Confetti, or Glitter Allowed
⬥ Any gatherings or events are strictly prohibited.
⬥ To keep the home clean and welcoming for all guests, parties, confetti, and glitter are strictly prohibited. These items are extremely difficult to clean and may damage furniture, floors, and linens.
⬥ Violations will result in a $300 fine and cancellation of your reservation. This policy is enforced in compliance with local short-term rental regulations.

Smoking
Absolutely prohibited. A minimum $250 fine applies.

Violations
⬥ May result in eviction, fines, and additional charges for damages or excessive cleaning.

Shoes
⬥ Please remove your shoes when inside the house.

Windows
⬥ Make sure all windows are closed when you are not home.
