This three-story (no elevator), second row complex is conveniently located to restaurants, public parks, and shopping. Pack your beach bag and walk across the street to take in the sights and sounds of life at the beach. Enjoy swimming not only in the ocean, but also in the complex’s large outdoor pool. Pelican Pass is one of the only complexes that will allow renters to have a gas-powered golf cart as one of their vehicles. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, electric golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

I am from North Carolina. I always thought if I owned a beach property, it would be at Carolina Beach, where I had always vacationed growing up. One trip to Surfside Beach, SC, and I knew this was where I wanted to be. I love sharing my home with families. It makes my heart happy to see other families enjoying their times together.
Why they chose this property
Pelican Pass is a small complex, with only 18 total units. The condo is within walking distance to the Surfside pier and restaurants. Right across the street is the beach access.
What makes this property unique
This unit has an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. Most units at Pelican Pass have repeat renters year after year, making it feel very family friendly oriented.
