Lovely new community with pool
The Space:
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the Villas at Rollover subdivision, is in the quiet area of Gilchrist. You'll love the upgraded finishes and the coastal feel of this lovely new home.
The living room has plush comfortable seating, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and has a Keurig coffee maker. Other amenities include washer and dryer and high speed internet.
South of the Brazos sleeps six comfortably with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a king bed in bedroom two, and two twins in bedroom three.
The outdoor space offers lawn furniture, and an outdoor shower. Your family will love the shared community pool!
No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
