Nice, quiet, excellent location and water view. Beautifully decorated. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, beaches. Host is very responsive, answered in detail all of our questions. Heated swimming pool, spa, very nice for relaxation.

View was beautiful and walking was safe. The condo was very quiet. It was a great place to walk my dogs while my husband was recovering from spine surgery. Condo was misrepresented in photos ceiling in living area had a rounded drop as compared to the square drop in the picture. Condo in pictures appeared to be in pristine condition. Carpets were filthy, couch uncomfortable and dirty, windows with screens had so much dust/dirt one could barely see out.

Self check in was pretty easy. Nice to have two dedicated parking spots. The building was quiet and the place was clean and comfortably furnished. Appreciated the extra touches of body wash, shampoo & conditioner and liquid hand soap in the bathrooms. Huge walk in closets with extra hangers was nice too. Beautiful view of the marina from the living room and primary bedroom. Nice breeze when keeping all the windows open. And our last morning we could hear the sea lions barking. :)Pristine pool with many chaise lounges overlooking the marina as well as a grill and covered couch and lounge area perfect for a relaxing hangout. In the evening there’s a deck viewable below this unit where you can chill by a fire or enjoy a jacuzzi. Marina perfect to get your 10k steps in :) lots of places to eat within walking distance. Lovely coffee spot in the morning at Cafe Cache. We ate at the food trucks on Thursday evening and the farmers market on Saturday. Also on Saturday visited Palisades park in Santa Monica where we caught a free jazz in the park concert by the rose garden. Over all a decent long weekend. I don’t know if it gets busy during the height of summer but we were here during World Cup weekend and everything was very quiet and mellow which is exactly my vibe. :)

I had hard time when checking in, the person I talked to was giving me attitude (Liam) he said he’s name was. He was saying he sent the instructions on how to check in before, but he didn’t sent them, not until we were talking and he was not very nice about it. When finally got to the place about 4:30 ish when checking was at 4 they were not ready, there were couple of people cleaning. Host (Gerald) was very responsive and helpful but he had Liam helping. We were able to relax about 45 min after checking in. Was kind of uncomfortable someone knocking at the door serving me eviction papers, that was weird and felt like we were going to ask to leave the place. And also is not walking distance to the beach we had to drive to it. Carpets were pretty dirty and tubs didn’t drained.
