Quiet cottage near Silver Lake Sand Dunes and Lake Michigan
Cloud 7 Cottage is on a quiet, private lake just minutes away from Lake Michigan and Silver Lake Dunes. It is north of Muskegon and south of Ludington. Cloud 7 has 200+ feet of lake front and a large yard to accommodate your outdoor fun. The 5 bedrooms/bunkrooms sleep 14 but you can sleep a couple more kids on mattresses on the floor. A large screened porch is perfect for relaxing. Summer is a great time to enjoy the cottage but September and October are perfect for group retreats, church meetings, girlfriend getaways or fishing trips (Fall discount applies). Boats are not available but you are welcome to bring your own.
The cottage has two living areas, each with TV/Cable. WiFi is available. The large parking area can accommodate 5 or 6 cars/trucks. There is a full kitchen. There is so much to do in the area, including exploring the dunes, going to Lake Michigan, Dune Rides, many restaurants and snack shops within 5 miles. And, there is even a small island within swimming/walking distance of the cottage - the perfect place for kids to explore.

We, the owners, are three sisters whose father built the cottage by himself and a few friends, from a log cabin kit, ordered and delivered much like Lincoln Logs. We live in Michigan and Wisconsin. We love Upper Silver Lake and have been vacationing there for decades.
Why they chose this property
Upper Silver Lake was established in the 1960's. Our cottage sits on two lots, overlooking the biggest section of the lake. Our view contains many feet of lake frontage, shallow water, and an island, which you are welcome to explore.
What makes this property unique
Our cottage, spread over two lots, has a large yard, many feet of lake frontage, a dock, a "back woods" and driveway to hold up to five or six cars. The cottage has 5 bedrooms (several are small bunk rooms) and can sleep 14 people in beds; more can sleep on the floor. Every evening we are treated to a spectacular sunset.
