Direct Inter-Coastal Living! Relax and enjoy watching rockets take off right from the launch pad! Unobstructed views of rocket launch's from pads 39a and 40. Condo faces the Indian River (inter-coastal). 2 full bedrooms, 2 full baths. Beautiful direct river views from both bedrooms, living room and front and back balconies! Great cross breeze! Watch manatees and dolphin swim by and gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. Interior is light, bright and open with updated kitchen and baths. Condo has granite countertops. Master bedroom as its own bath recently remodeled with beautiful white and gray marble shower with glass enclosure. Decorated with relaxation in mind. Community has a beautiful pool redone in 2024. Centrally located 15 minutes from Kennedy Space Center, Canaveral National Seashore 15 minutes, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge 20 minutes, 25 minutes to Cocoa Beach and 40 minutes to Orlando. Whether the Space Coast is your vacation destination or you have an assignment on the Cape for work the condo makes the perfect retreat. Wifi and Spectrum cable included. No cost for utilities. Condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, all towels and bed linens are provided. All rooms have ceiling fans. New washing machine. Condo is on second floor in a two story building, which makes for the best views! Condo is apart of an HOA. HOA requires a minimum stay of one month or more and HOA approval of guest is required. Approval typically takes seven business days so please book accordingly allowing time for approval. Reservation cannot be confirmed until HOA application is submitted, paid for and approval is obtained. HOA has a no pet policy. Condo is a non-smoking unit. Condo has hurricane impact proof windows and doors. Beautiful Pool can be seen from the front balcony and living room. Just walk down your front steps and you are at the pool. This unit is the nicest remodeled condo in the community and one of the best situated for water views, launch views and accessibility to the pool. The best of Florida Space Coast Living! PLEASE NOTE: HOA REQUIRES GUEST APPROVAL. AN APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED TO HOA SEVEN TO TEN BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE. APPLICATION FEE IS $150 PER PERSON UNLESS MARRIED COUPLE THEN FEE IS $150 FOR BOTH.

Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return all items in the condo back in place as they were on the day of your arrival. Leave the a/c on 79 degrees upon departure.
Please leave the keys to the condo on the counter and lock only the door knob lock on your departure.
If you plan on leaving earlier than the 10:00 am check out time please let us know and we will get the cleaning started a bit sooner.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
HOA requires short term lease be uploaded as part of the application process. Owner will provide lease. HOA rules provided upon arrival.

I love Florida living! Having lived in various parts of Florida the space coast is my favorite. Nature abounds, fishing is great, folks are friendly. Space launches are so fun to experience. From the launch that lights up the sky to the rumble of the rocket engines, love it all! No place I would rather live!

Why they chose this property

How can you beat living directly on the intra-coastal, seeing water from every room! Often you can look out your window and see the dolphin swimming or manatees gliding by. And the breeze! I love the cross breeze. Plus, the pool is literally right outside the door. The condo is close to shopping without all the traffic. Very centrally located.

What makes this property unique

How many properties are directly on the inta-coastal (Indian River) AND directly across from the Kennedy Space center launch pads 39a and 40. Evening launches are spectacular as well as daytime. You can watch a launch from the moment of take off and up into the sky. The day we came to consider buying the condo a launch happened to go off. Then I saw dolphin and a sting ray swim by. I felt the breeze on my face saw the beautiful water views and I was sold! Anyone that has the opportunity to enjoy a stay at the condo is in for a terrific treat!
