Just like another reviewer, the AC did not function properly. The furnace would only blow cold air throughout the home which made it uncomfortable at nigh time. We had to heat up blankets in the dryer and turn on the oven for heat. We called the number we were provided. The message said to leave a message but no way to do so, the recording kept looping. We finally got ahold of someone after the first night. We were told they would send someone to look at it. That never happened. We ended up having to borrow blankets from family at another location and open the oven for added heat. They sent automated texts asking how our stay was and hoping a 5* service. I told them they did not provide service and didn't send anyone to look at the AC/Heat unit. They then replied with, sorry, they would make sure it was fixed for the next guest. No credit for us. Very disappointed with this agency for automating all responses and not caring for their guests. The house was beautiful but the experience was not due to poor communication.

This home was beautiful, however, upon arrival the air conditioner wasn’t working and it was 82 degrees inside. We called Stay Montana and were told it was after hours. It was only 5:30 PM. They said they would send someone out but never did. Could not reach anyone. We had to sleep in the heat as the windows didn’t have screens. The next morning we called several times between 9-11:00 AM. Finally we texted someone and they said someone would be there. Thank goodness we had plans that day. We were very disappointed dealing with Stay Montana. I’ll make sure to tell friends not to use them.
