The host was fantastic and the outdoor space was fantastic. The property was charming, and it was very well equipped to grill and cook. The staircases were very steep to the second and third floors which is something to keep in mind for older guests. We loved the property.

This property is gorgeous. The house is clearly updated, expertly renovated and beautifully decorated. It has thoughtful touches and is clearly designed for family or fun group activities. It was perfect for a family graduation party. The outdoor areas are spacious, fully shaded, and perfectly appointed. I cannot say enough about how impressed we were with this property and how much we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Our family stayed at the property for our daughter's wedding weekend, about 10 miles from the venue in Avon. We had 6 adults and our 3 grandchildren, 4 yrs old and under. It is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Denis, the owner was very easy to deal with, Informative, helpful and responsive. We live on the shoreline and are "beach people" but we all decided we'd return as a family again in August for a long weekend as we didn't really have the time to fully enjoy the property and the area as we were busy with the wedding. 5 stars!

The home was very, very clean! The beds were extremely clean and comfy. The bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen was roomy and nice, lots of stations to watch on tv, and the hottub was so nice with the chilly weather.The host was professional, responsive and helpful. The property was amazing! Large deck with hot tub and space to eat outside. Awesome grill and fire pit area. The inside of the house was modern and nicely decorated with plenty of space for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our host Dennis was very generous and we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay, very clean and cool for the Hot July days. Very comfortable for our 4 adult guests and could certainly accommodate more. Grill was super clean, and had charcoal & gas options in one grill!! Wonderful deck to eat and spend evenings chatting. Would recommend and would not hesitate rebooking this property. Thank you Host.
