Oferece um custo benefício bom.

O imóvel tem boas acomodações. O porteiro está sempre por perto pra ajudar. Toda equipada para quem pretende cozinhar. Há também utensílios para limpeza para aqueles que pretendem ficar mais tempo e quiser manter a casa limpa. O banheiro da suíte do primeiro andar é bastante apertado e o chuveiro queimou é tive que tomar banho frio. Fora isso, foi tudo tranquilo.
