With 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds perfect for families or groups of friends, this property offers AC, heat in winter, WiFi, a heated pool, kitchen with new stainless steel appliances with sliders that open onto a large deck with gas grill, plenty of seating and a retractable awning leading down to a large, heated pool. Wifi-enabled TVs in every room to watch your favorite streaming services. Enjoy the convenience of a washer/drier, iron, all linens, towels, and paper goods provided during your stay. The 2 bathrooms feature showers, hair dryers, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. A short walk to bay beach and 15 minute drive to ocean beach. A short drive into East Hampton village as well as Sag Harbor and Amagansett.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure if awning is used that it is closed when leaving, place used towels in the hamper by the laundry, close umbrellas and tie them, put cushions in the bin on deck
Load dishwasher, please don't leave used dishes in the sink (and please make sure excess food is off the dishes--it can clog the drain and lead to flooding)
Turn off the lights and lock doors and make sure gates are fully closed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS (We had a guest stay with a dog who didn't tell us but our own dog did, was none too happy about it and started marking up the rug.

Amazing East Hampton Getaway

This house was the perfect balance of amenities and character. It was truly everything you need for a stay in the Hamptons. The pool was clean and heated, there were more than enough supplies in the kitchen, and the rooms were clean with comfy beds. The location is a short drive into the town of East Hampton and easily accessible by Uber to Montauk, South Hampton, Sag Harbor, etc. Great stay and would love to stay again!
