I am excited to present this exquisite 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom waterfront home, perfectly situated minutes from the river. This property boasts direct Gulf access, making it a boater’s paradise with a heated pool for your enjoyment. This home features a built in grill with an outside firepit.. We also have added enjoyment with an outsider TV and speakers. While watching the dolphins and the boat traffic you can cook up some dinner on the outside kitchen. Located just 2000 feet from the river, this home offers not only luxury but also the feeling of a resort vacation.

The kitchen offers all amenities as well as a blender for your frozen cocktails, bath towels, beach towels, an outside grill, lounge chairs by the pool. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean the grill if used $75.00 charge if not cleaned
Wash all towels .. leave no more than 2 loads of linens $25 per load over 2 loads
Clean up after pets hair and dog POO $75 for hair and $125 to clean up dog poo
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pet clean up. you must clean up after each poo.. If complaints from lawn or pool guy we will hire cleanup at $75 Per day
Clean the grill before you check out or a $100 charge for not cleaning
All towels to be washed before check out $75 per load if left.

The house is in a great location with nearby shopping, bars and restaurants. The neighbor hood is very peaceful and we were able to relax and enjoy the privacy. We had great communication with the host and received prompt communication to our questions/concerns. We wouldn't hesitate to book and stay here again in the future!!

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It is spacious and we had room for our family of three generations to do different activities or share something together.. We really liked the pool area with the multiple seating and the fire pit.. the home is centrally located, which made it easy to get to several places we wanted to see in restaurants we wanted to experience.
