Premium Malibu Road beachfront 2 bedroom 2 bath Unit. Owners unit created by a Silicon Valley Tech CEO. This space is premium with high end appliances and materials. Subzero fridge, wolf stove, 4K OLED Tv, electric fireplaces, real wood floors, heated bathroom floors, steam shower, rain shower, huge counters, LED glass vanities, Alexa voice activated lighting throughout, premium bedding, 3 independent zone AC/heat controls. Unit is 2 bed 2 bath, but includes a bonus office that we can put an air bed inside as a 3rd. Private entry and private stairs to the beach solely for this unit.
One of the only spaces on Malibu Road with AIR CONDITIONING! Don't rent other spaces they just give you a fan! 2 sets of side loaded washers dryers inside the unit!
I have a full time host who runs all my properties. He lives very close and is available 24/7.
Dedicated on site parking for 1 car is included.
