Escape to a serene condo, where you’ll enjoy bird-watching on a corner porch nestled in the woods. Steps from The Golf Club at Eagle Pointe, you’ll find a restaurant, pool (End of May-Sept) with bar, pickleball courts, cornhole, bocce ball, and fitness classes. Bird-watching books and binoculars provided to spot eagles! A short drive to Bloomington, the condo is the ideal for visiting IU while enjoying a relaxing weekend. FREE State Park pass, pickleball paddles/balls provided (must reserve a court).

The condo is conveniently located for fishing at Lake Monroe. The complex is very quiet and the condo balcony looked out onto a beautiful wooded area perfect for bird watching. Very nice place to stay!

Great weekend getaway!

Host was excellent to work with, very responsive. Beautiful back porch for great bird viewing! Walking distance to golf, pool, and pickleball courts.
