About this property

This basement studio apartment is located in a Historical limestone house. There is a fully furnished kitchen for eating-in or it's only a quick walk to downtown restaurants. Quick 5 minute drive to Sample Gates and 7 minute drive to Memorial Stadium on IU Campus. Bloomington's B-line walking trail one block away!

This cozy studio basement apartment has a comfortable couch with a pullout bed, a twin bed, and a desk work area. The kitchen is fully functional with blender, drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, and silverware available to use during your stay. The apartment is accessed through a side door with a keypad entry. There are areas with low ceilings due to ducting. If you are taller please be aware!

Parking is parallel street parking.

To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape free environment.

Basement Apartment Perfection

It was exactly what I needed to enjoy my weekend in Bloomington. The apartment is right off the B-Line trail. Very easy for me to walk everywhere I wanted to go.
