Perfect for family vacations or a relaxing getaway with friends, this coastal retreat provides everything you need for a memorable stay.

Inside, you'll enjoy a cozy living space accented with warm, coastal décor. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals when you're not enjoying the area's fantastic dining options. The primary bedroom features a private bathroom and direct balcony access with stunning Gulf views, while the guest bedroom is also en-suite for added privacy and convenience. Step onto your private balcony and take in breathtaking views of the emerald Gulf waters and sugar-white sands. It's the ideal spot to savor morning coffee, unwind with evening wine, or simply soak in the Southern sunshine.

Additional amenities include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer—ensuring a comfortable and carefree stay.

Guests of Phoenix IV enjoy access to top-tier resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis court, basketball goal, fitness center, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the beach. Phoenix IV also shares amenities with Buildings I–III, offering an expanded selection of features to elevate your vacation experience.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Wonderful stay, beds were very comfortable. The amenities were great, but the buildings need updating. The pool area and main spaces in the loby was not very clean and needa attention/updating. Security guards were all very friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with guest who stayed above us moving furniture, bouncing balls and being loud. We could hear everything, from the room above and next door. Overall it was a great process and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Fab condo overall! Check-in was a breeze, and the place was exactly as advertised. Beds were super comfortable! Other than missing a scout pad or scrub brush for cleaning plates, etc. (which is something the cleaning crew would be responsible for supplying) the kitchen was well stocked and the knifes were actually sharp. New appliances throughout. Good communication with the owners, as well. Book this place for your family trip to Orange Beach - you won’t be disappointed!
