Island Tower #1802 is a gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium on the 18th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with amazing panoramic views of the gulf from the over-sized balcony - from both primary suite and one of the guest bedrooms. The unit is approximately 1600 sq ft with 9-foot ceilings, 20-inch tile floors, floor-to-ceiling tinted windows, and sliding glass doors. The newly remodeled kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances all set in Corian countertops with all new cabinets and design layout. The condo has 8-foot interior doors and high efficient air conditioning system. All three bedrooms have King size beds. The newly remodeled primary en suite bathroom has Corian counter tops, double vanities and customer tiled over-sized shower. The 2nd gulf-front guest bathroom has been remodeled as well. It now features new Corian countertops and a walk-in shower. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. King, King, King, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 8. This unit rents Saturday to Saturday only during the season. 21 year age limit to rent.

Island Tower is a 26-story building with 62 units (three on each floor) with covered garage parking (clearance 6' 8") and NO oversized vehicles are allowed on property. Island Tower is located 0.5 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. The property has an infinity outdoor pool and an infinity climate-controlled indoor pool. The exercise room offers a dry sauna and workout equipment overlooking the gulf. The property also has a picnic/grill area. Island Tower is a smoke-free facility. No Monthly rentals. 21 year age limit to rent.

Great vacation!

Perfect vacation! This was our 2nd vacation in the same unit. We loved the easy check in and check out convenience. The only thing is the toaster did not work properly. Other then that everything was good.

There was a “stain” on them and as soon as I saw it I washed them. The “stain came right out, which tells me they had never been washed. That led me to wash many other items, not sure what was cleaned and what wasn’t cleaned.On the positive side, the maintenance crew was amazing. Had a couple of small issues and they took care of them quickly.
