One of the standout features is a commercial-grade tankless water heater, delivering an uninterrupted supply of hot water—an upgrade found in only 2 of the 30 homes I manage. Unlike traditional systems that run out of hot water after a short time, this ensures everyone in your group can enjoy long showers without the wait.

Just minutes from State Farm Stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District, the location offers the perfect balance of entertainment and comfort. The backyard is a true showstopper, designed to impress with over $250,000 in custom landscaping and lighting. A heated Pebble-Tec pool, negative edge spa, 8-person firepit table, and a covered patio with a 12-seat dining table and mounted TV make it a resort-style space you won’t want to leave. There are also 4 cozy egg chairs, 8 sun loungers, a massive 10-foot Kirkland BBQ grill with stove, and plenty of space to relax or entertain.

Inside the home, the game room offers hours of fun with a billiards table, retro arcade games like Pac-Man, NBA Jam, and Golden Tee, and more than 25 board games to choose from. The layout was crafted with families and larger groups in mind, offering both shared spaces and private retreats. Smart TVs with cable are featured in every room, and you’ll find built-in USB ports for convenient device charging throughout the home. A dry bar adds a sophisticated touch for adults looking to unwind.

Families especially appreciate the kid-friendly touches like a crib, pack-and-play, and high chairs, along with outdoor activities like mini putt-putt, foosball, ping pong, and cornhole. Whether it’s game night or a relaxing day in the sun, there’s something for everyone. Many adult guests also choose this home for its spacious layout and ample bedding, and we've hosted several small gatherings with private chefs—hibachi-style events are welcome with prior approval from the owner. The pool can be heated to any temperature year-round, thanks to the gas heater—far more reliable than electric heat pumps, which often fail to warm water effectively during cooler months (especially from November to February). If having a warm pool is a priority for your group, make sure to ask other hosts about the type of pool heating they offer, as it makes a big difference during winter stays.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring premium LG appliances, a 5-burner gas cooktop, and a spacious quartz island that seats 10—perfect for shared meals or casual conversation. Each of the five bathrooms is beautifully finished, and the master bath is a sanctuary in itself, offering dual rain showers and a luxurious soaking tub for ultimate relaxation.

You can check in any time with our Smart Lock system, making your arrival seamless and flexible. The entire home is designed to feel welcoming, stylish, and functional, ensuring your stay is both comfortable and unforgettable. Optional Service Fees:

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: $400 (+ tax and fees) per request (subject to staff availability; the home must be cleaned and ready for check-in by 4:00 PM for the next guest)

Pets: $200 per stay + tax and fees (Max of 2 dogs with prior approval before booking)

Heated Pool & Spa Service:
$225 for the first day plus taxes & fees
$150 for each additional day + taxes & fees
It’s best to schedule and pay for the heating service at the time of booking, but it can be added up to 3 days before check-in. The pool is heated to 80°F and usually takes 3 full days to warm. This fee is non-refundable, so please evaluate the weather and decide if you'd like the pool heated. Partial heating is not available during your stay.

Please note: On homes we manage with a built-in spa, the pool must be heated to use the spa. We do not offer the option to heat only the built in spa.

Propane Tanks: 1 Propane tank is provided. Available for purchase at $50 + tax and fees per tank to operate the gas firepit table or 2 firebowls.

No guest access to the garage, staff cleaning closet, or outdoor shed used for extra storage.

Note Bedroom 7 does not have a window but does contain a closet.

Max of 4 cars. We may allow more with prior permission from owner, please ask for more details if you expect more than 4 cars.

The house is professionally staged in photos and excessive decorations & staging pillows have been removed

Crib has been replaced with pack and play.

Lounge cushions have been removed from backyard except for the Egg chairs . Please use white towels on sun lounge chairs and for all outdoor needs as we do not provide "pool" towels. Lounge chair cushions have been removed because excessive sunblock & the AZ sun makes them unsanitary within a short time.

We also do not supply pool floats due to sanitation concerns from sun exposure but guests may leave these behind.

Extra umbrellas are in the storage shed or behind the gate. Please ask if you need any additional umbrellas.

Please keep in mind Arizona weather and extreme elements makes it impossible to keep outdoor furniture spotless; especially any type of cushions.

The cleaning staff does not clean the BBQ grill. Please clean grill after your use.

Please note that members of our team may visit the property during your stay. This includes our landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits are essential for maintaining the property and cannot be rescheduled or delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
