The Boat House is a large, stunning lake front home with some of the best views in all of Coeur d'Alene! Situated in scenic Rockford Bay, this house is over 4000sqft with three levels of wraparound decks, a hot tub, outdoor dining for 12+, 75 ft of private frontage, and private dock with two covered boat slips! With awe inspiring views from every angle, this beautiful home offers convenient access to the town, casino, and Blackrock Marina!

The Boat House is a prime waterfront escape with fantastic outdoor living options! Right outside, steps lead to a private dock with covered boat slips for swimming, fishing, boating, and so much more! At the end of each day of fun in the sun, three levels of wrap around decks offer unparalleled waterfront relaxation and breathtaking sunset views. The top deck offers a grill, lounge chairs, and full outdoor dining set for 12 or more! The second floor offers a large private deck off a King bedroom with firepit, patio set, and hammock to listen to the water lapping at the shore well into the evening. The bottom deck has a secluded hot tub where you can soak the day away while enjoying the view and listening to the crickets.

House can comfortably accommodate 16 in beds, 20 with trundles. Up to 20 allowed.

There is free parking for approximately 2 vehicles in a private driveway in front of the house and 1-2 vehicles on the roadside.

In winter and spring, the boat slip covers will be removed and water levels may vary.
