Excellent stay!!

Great location, beautiful views, clean well decorated unit with comfortable furniture and beds large tvs in both bedroom as well as den. Nice kitchen with cookware and dishes.

Miramar Spring Break getaway

This property is beautiful. As a family of 6, we had plenty of sleeping arrangements. The amenities were beautiful and just outside the door. Will be back!

Beautiful and very comfortable

This property was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The views were beautiful each morning to sit in the balcony for breakfast. The welcome staff was very accommodating and informative. The unit is absolutely perfect and I would definitely book here again.

Great Vacation

This was the second time to stay at the Crescent in two years. The location could not be better and the condo was nicely decorated (not over the top). Its proximity to the beach is only steps away without closing a road and the pool is kept in perfect condition. The only downside was there was some noisy construction next door.

Gorgeous condo and property

Beautiful, clean, and an awesome view and location! We had a wonderful stay. Only 2 things I would suggest to the owner. Invest in better pillows and a new iron. Small requests for a high end condo.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay and would book this condo again. Beautiful views and property. The location was great and was a quiet area. Only a couple downsides…there are separate codes for the drive in gate, walk in gates and room doors which was sometimes hard to remember. There were also no soaps in the shower or for hand washing etc. We purchased them the following day but after arriving at 1 am it would have been nice to have soap in the room when we got there. Thanks for a great condo, it was perfect for our quick family getaway

great stay, needs some TLC

We stay here all the time. 2 couples, one couple had king room, other couple slept in 2 double bed room. furniture is nice in the double room, however the beds make a horrible noise every time someone sits down, or rolls over on the mattresses. I don't even know how to describe the noise. The floors made our feet black and we had to wear socks or shoes the whole time inside. Also, need some extra blankets available to guests, sheets on double beds were really thin, and we would have liked another blanket available to use.

Nice but missing a few things

As with all the units we've rented at the Crescent over the years, this is a very nice unit. Views of the beach are great, the pool is super and the property is in a great location-- easy access to everything but not in the middle of traffic and congestion. The unit is also located near the stairs that lead directly to the beach gate, which is very convenient. However, this unit is lacking some basic comforts. For example, there was a single kitchen dish towel, there are no lidded containers (Tupperware), no extra blankets or throw blankets and the coffee maker is low-end. These were things that could have made the stay more enjoyable.

Nice updated condo but…

The condo was very nice and comfortable, and very nicely updated. However, the owner installed a Nest thermostat that they can control remotely, and they kept raising the temperature. This would happen constantly during the day but was left alone overnight. We did not turn down the thermostat to an unreasonable temperature. If we were inside during the day I’d set it to either 71 or 72. Every time I walked by it was reset to 74. I found this to be extremely annoying. I understand managing the temperature to prevent mold, but when guests are there you need to leave it alone, especially when we operated the thermostat within normal ranges.
