Thanks for staying. Not a big deal but you forgot to lock the door when you left or turn the heat down. It’s in the check out instructions. Thanks for keeping the place clean!
I was born and raised in Michigan. 4 years in the Navy after high school, mostly in southern California, 6 months in Hawaii. Spent another 3 years in California after leaving the service then moved to Michigan until 2014, when I discovered Alaska and fell in love. Being an avid outdoorsman, there is never a lack of anything to do. I lived in a remote village (McGrath) the first year I lived here before moving to the "Valley" and buying this duplex in 2016. Whether you love to hunt, fish, hike, or explore this is the place to do it. There are miles and miles of bike trails right from the house. Hatcher's Pass is just 20 minutes away, and the list goes on. I have been a Realtor for over 20 years. I spend my time between Alaska and my home in Michigan which sits on large lake close to Lake Superior and is loaded with walleye, perch, pike, and bass.
Why they chose this property
The cul de sac street and now paved road is just a quiet and family neighborhood. Great commute location no matter what direction you are going.
What makes this property unique
As stated it's just a quiet and peaceful setting. I keep my rates very reasonable in comparison to similar rentals.
