Our community is centrally located with convenient access to downtown, shopping, and theaters. The unit includes a washer/dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave and is located on the first floor.
Note: there is a $100 flat fee for visiting animals. 2 night minimum stay required.

Our on-site amenities include excellent management, a large clubhouse and year round hot tub (pool seasonal, Memorial Day - Labor Day), fitness center and business center.

The 1250 square foot apartment ready for immediate occupancy. Please check the calendar for availability.

Thank you for your review! Parking seems to be a prime everywhere in this day in age. We always suggest to park in open parking with the second car and leave the covered space available for when you come and go. It does not always work but it helps!

Good location and a lot of room, the master was huge, the only thing I wish we had known was that there would not be any washcloths or soap, we had to run out to the store, but the location was great for grabbing last-minute things.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. My apologies about the soap. We do have it listed in the listing but it is sometimes overlooked. There is a linen closet in behind the bathroom in the hallway with additional towels and sheets. Hope that helps for next time!

Great Stay!!!

The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Love the location since it was close to everything I needed. Spoke to a few neighbors, they were all very nice. Only problem was the door lock on getting door unlocked and locked, it was quite tricky, thankfully a physical key was provided as well but still tricky to use. Overall we enjoyed are stay and will definitely be returning.

We stayed here as we wanted a swimming pool for the kids and it was worth it. The place was well equipped and the pool/clubhouse/BBQ is a very good facility.

Beds were comfy and bathrooms, showers were good. Rooms were clean except for large tufts of dog hair that came out from under the couch. Patio was very dirty and filled with cobwebs. The AC stayed at 78-80 degrees no matter how it was set and we could not get ahold of the property manager until our last night, so sleeping was very warm.
